    My AL439 will turn on, But every button is frozen, it wont shut off. It will go in sleep mode after being unplugged for a bit. Is there a button combo to reset it or a way to fix it ? Thanks Robert

    Remove the back cover of AL439. Do it with caution. Then unplug the battery from the main board. ...That is only for you to power off the machine... You still have to find out what the problem is with your buttons...We never met such problem before....
